By downloading, accessing, or using Snapgo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snapgo Service Private Limited. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.
Snapgo is a cab booking and intercity ride platform that connects travellers with verified drivers and shared rides. We provide outstation cab booking, airport taxi services, and intercity shared rides across India. Snapgo Service Private Limited acts as the platform facilitating these bookings.
To use Snapgo you must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid Indian mobile number
• Complete Aadhaar-based KYC verification via DigiLocker
• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Providing false information will result in immediate account suspension.
Registration requires mandatory KYC verification through DigiLocker. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Snapgo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Failure to complete KYC or providing false information will result in account suspension.
Users must provide accurate pickup and drop locations, arrive at designated points punctually, interact respectfully with drivers and co-passengers, and comply with all applicable laws. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Impersonation of any person
• Any action that compromises the safety of others
Cab fares are displayed at the time of booking and are inclusive of fuel, tolls, state tax, parking, and driver allowance. The price shown is the price you pay — no hidden charges. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 48 hours of the trip via info@snapgo.co.in.
For outstation one-way cab bookings, the fare quoted at the time of booking is an estimate based on prevailing fuel rates, toll charges, and market conditions. Due to factors beyond our control — including but not limited to sudden fuel price revisions, toll rate changes, increased return-trip deadhead costs, or regional road conditions — the final fare for a one-way trip may vary from the amount shown at the time of booking.
In such cases, Snapgo or the driver will notify you of any fare revision before the ride begins. You have the following options:
• Accept the revised fare and proceed with the trip
• Cancel the booking free of charge, provided the cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled departure may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking. Snapgo Service Private Limited shall not be held liable for any inconvenience caused by fare variations arising from market fluctuations outside our reasonable control.
Users must verify pickup locations before confirming a booking. Communication with drivers should be through the Snapgo platform only. Use the SOS feature immediately if you feel unsafe. Report any concerns to us at info@snapgo.co.in. Please be punctual and respectful of the driver's time.
Snapgo conducts KYC verification of all drivers and implements safety features. However, Snapgo is not responsible for the individual actions of drivers or co-passengers. Users must exercise personal judgment and caution. Always share your ride details with a trusted contact. If you feel unsafe at any point, contact emergency services immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snapgo Service Private Limited is not liable for driver conduct or service quality, fare disputes between users and drivers, any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the platform, inaccuracy of information provided by third parties, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control. Use of Snapgo is at your own risk.
If you have a dispute, contact us first at info@snapgo.co.in with your issue details. We aim to resolve disputes within 24 hours. Unresolved matters will proceed to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh as the venue.
Snapgo may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, creation of safety concerns, or providing false information. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.
Snapgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. This includes features, pricing, and policies. Continued use after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
