This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for bookings made on the Snapgo platform. Please read carefully before making a booking. By using Snapgo, you agree to the terms of this policy.
**Free cancellation:** Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refunded to the original payment method.
**Within 2 hours of pickup:** A cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare applies. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
**No-show:** If the passenger does not appear at the pickup point within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking is considered a no-show. No refund will be issued.
**After driver has departed:** If the driver has already left for pickup and the passenger cancels, no refund will be issued.
If a driver cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Snapgo will also attempt to arrange an alternate cab at the same or better rate.
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
• Cancellation made within the free cancellation window (more than 2 hours before pickup)
• Driver cancellation of a confirmed booking
• Duplicate payment or billing error
• Technical issue that prevented the service from being rendered
• Significant deviation from the agreed route without passenger consent
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
• No-show by the passenger
• Cancellation within 2 hours of pickup (partial refund only)
• Completed trips with a dispute about service quality
• Violation of Snapgo's terms of service
To request a refund, contact our support team at info@snapgo.co.in within 48 hours of the trip date. Include the following details:
• Booking ID or transaction ID
• Date and time of the booking
• Reason for the refund request
• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, messages)
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and notify you of the outcome.
Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:
• **UPI:** 1–3 business days
• **Debit/Credit Card:** 5–7 business days
• **Net Banking:** 3–5 business days
• **Digital Wallets:** 1–2 business days
Snapgo does not control the exact processing time once the refund is initiated with your bank or payment provider.
For intercity shared ride bookings (Snapgo Intercity):
• Cancellations more than 24 hours before departure: Full refund
• Cancellations between 2–24 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 2 hours before departure: No refund
• No-show: No refund
Seat selection fees are non-refundable once a departure time is selected.
• Cancellations more than 2 hours before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup: 50% cancellation fee applies
• If the driver is already en route: No refund
• Flight delay or cancellation: Contact support — we will work with you on a case-by-case basis
