Delete Your Snapgo Account

You can delete your Snapgo account yourself, at any time, from the Snapgo app:

Open the Snapgo app and sign in.

Tap Profile in the bottom bar.

Tap Settings.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out.

If you no longer have the app installed, email info@snapgo.co.in with the subject "Delete my account". Write from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with, so we can confirm the account is yours.

We will confirm the deletion by email within 7 days.

Wallet balance: withdraw any Snapgo wallet balance to your bank first. A closed account cannot be topped up, spent from or withdrawn from.

Upcoming bookings: cancel any upcoming flight, hotel, cab or tour booking you do not intend to take. Refunds already in progress still reach your original payment method.

Tickets and invoices: download any tickets, vouchers or invoices you want to keep.

Your sign-in (mobile number login), removed immediately.

Your profile: name, email, photo, gender and emergency contacts.

Your saved addresses.

Your notification and device tokens.

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request and cannot be undone.

Some records have to be kept by law even after your account is closed:

Booking, payment, refund and wallet transaction records (including the traveller name and ticket or voucher details on each booking) are kept for up to 8 years, as required by Indian tax and accounting law (GST and the Income Tax Act).

Records needed for an open dispute, chargeback or legal claim are kept until it is resolved.

These records are not used for marketing. Usage statistics may be kept only in anonymised form that cannot identify you.
